Why Legal Litigant
was started.
Legal Litigant grew out of difficult personal experiences involving property and family matters, and concerns about police behaviour. Those experiences showed how hard it can be to understand unfamiliar procedures and find reliable information.
We share general information about legal processes in England and Wales, with links to official sources. We do not provide legal advice, assess individual cases or represent anyone.
